PRAY FOR MY ANKLE!
I WAS TRYING TO LEARN HOW TO DO A ROUNDOFF SO THAT I COULD START PRACTISING THEM ALONG WITH CARTWHEELS. okay, i know i shouldnt have ): but i needed some sorta break from toetouches and cartwheels. somehow, doing continuous toetouches really makes me feel like doing cartwheels when there's free space in front of me. so i thought i might as well start on roundoffs as well, since we're not supposed to be just doing cartwheels only for cheerobics.

frontwalk was funny today. my right leg is totally redundant when it comes down haha. no idea why, though. we tried backwalk! and i realised it doesnt hurt at all when you try and fail, so that's good cos i can practise on my own when im free too :D but that's gonna take a while cos the right ankle is frigging screwed :(
